Police arrested a Rahat resident over the weekend who is suspected of shackling his brother in chains to the floor of a residential home after he used drugs. Officers from the Rahat station, in cooperation with fighters from the Sahar unit, conducted searches for illegal weapons in the city and during the operational activity found a man shackled in chains to the floor of the house. According to the police's preliminary suspicion, he was restrained by members of his family. His brother was arrested as mentioned and transferred for further investigation at the Rahat station.
