Lawyers representing the defendants from Unit 100 accused of abuse at Sde Teiman reported that the military prosecution informed them that the Palestinian detainee, whom the soldiers are accused of harming, has been deported to Gaza. The organization "Honenu," which represents two of the soldiers, stated that "the indictment should be dismissed. We expect everyone who was involved in misconduct to pay the price for their actions." According to the military prosecution's statement they published, "the security detainee was deported to the Gaza Strip on October 13, 2025."
