At least 13 people were killed and many are listed as missing - including about 20 girls - due to floods that hit the southern part of Texas in the United States. Local media reported that the floods began after heavy rain fell in the area within hours, an amount "sufficient for months." Search teams in boats and helicopters are looking for the girls, who were at summer camp during the heavy rainfall, while their parents called on social media for any information that would help locate them.
