After Acting Against High Court Ruling: Solberg Issues Temporary Injunction Against United Torah Judaism

|
Central Elections Committee Chairman Justice Noam Solberg issued a temporary injunction prohibiting the United Torah Judaism party and its polling station representatives from reporting the number of voters at polling stations, in real time or periodically. The order was issued as part of a petition filed by the Movement for Quality Government, following an instruction by Degel HaTorah to its polling committee members to transmit voter turnout reports throughout the day - in violation of a High Court ruling. Solberg ordered the party to submit its response by 2:15 p.m.
