Shalom Saginer, 4, from Jerusalem, grandson of Rabbi Shalom Arush, drowned during Shabbat while on a family vacation in Mexico. The Israeli Embassy in Mexico and ZAKA's International Unit are handling arrangements for his repatriation to Israel.
