Hayachad party leader Naftali Bennett said at a conference held by the Hador newspaper that he would agree to sit with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the same government. "If he accepts all of our core principles - which are an immediate state commission of inquiry, universal conscription and a constitution for Israel - I have no problem with Netanyahu being a minister in our government," Bennett clarified. Yashar party leader Gadi Eisenkot responded to the remarks and said: "I do not accept this. Anyone who held a position on October 7 is not fit to serve in command and leadership roles, including as finance minister."
