Defense Minister Israel Katz addressed the convoy making its way from Tunisia to Egypt by vehicles to "break the siege on Gaza" as they put it, and said he instructed the IDF to prevent jihadist protesters from entering the Gaza Strip from Egypt. He added: "I expect the Egyptian authorities to prevent the jihadist protesters from reaching the Egypt-Israel border and not allow them to carry out provocations and try to enter Gaza - something that would endanger the security of IDF soldiers and we will not allow it."
