The Judicial Ombudsman, retired Judge Asher Kola, has found the complaint filed against Beer Sheva Magistrate Court Vice President Yoram Broza to be justified. According to the complaint, Broza made statements against the religious sector during judges' meetings, but despite this, the Ombudsman is not recommending that Justice Minister Yariv Levin take measures against his continued tenure as a judge - only against his position as vice president.
