Some 160,000 visitors flocked to nature reserves and national parks across the country during the three-day holiday. This was reported by the Nature and Parks Authority, which noted that the figure is similar to last year's holiday. The leading sites during the holiday were Caesarea, Achziv Beach, Tal Forest, Ma'ayan Harod, Park HaShlosha (Sachne), Yarkon National Park (Tel Afek), Tel Ashkelon, Ein Hemed and Dor-Habonim Beach Nature Reserve. It was also reported that about 4,000 visitors stayed overnight during the holiday at the authority's various overnight parking lots - more than three times the number compared to last year's holiday. The leading overnight parking lots were Achziv Beach, Ma'ayan Harod, Tal Forest and Khan Be'erot in Makhtesh Ramon.
