A 35-year-old resident of Ra'anana in her 30th week of her first pregnancy (with twins) was rushed overnight to Meir Medical Center in Kfar Saba in critical condition, while undergoing resuscitation, after she collapsed at her home. Upon her arrival, an emergency cesarean section was performed in the trauma room and multiple teams continued advanced and prolonged resuscitation efforts for the mother and the babies. Despite the extensive efforts, the medical team was forced to pronounce the death of the mother and both infants.
