The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment with the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court against Amer Gaber, a dentist from Jerusalem, for performing an indecent act on a young woman during medical treatment. According to the indictment, the doctor asked the patient intimate and sexually suggestive questions during treatment at his clinic while her parents were waiting outside the room. The indictment states he then committed sexual acts against her.
