The Southern District Attorney's Office filed an indictment at the Be'er Sheva Magistrate's Court against a 19-year-old resident of the Negev community of Segev Shalom, Daif Allah Abu Ragila, on security charges of incitement to terrorism and expressing identification with Hamas. Police and the Shin Bet arrested Abu Ragila about a month ago, after he allegedly shared numerous extremist content on social media identified with Hamas, including incitement, praise and support for acts of violence and terrorism, as well as expressions of identification with the terrorist organization. According to the indictment, he posted images and videos of terrorists, documentation from October 7, praise for terrorists and senior Hamas officials, and explicit calls to carry out acts of violence and terrorism.
