Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned the arson of Or Habib synagogue in Jerusalem's Sanhedria neighborhood, stating he was "shocked by this criminal act. We must not allow scenes that remind us of dark periods in our history." He added: "I call on law enforcement authorities to locate the perpetrators as soon as possible and ensure they face the full extent of the law - whether they vandalized a synagogue or courthouse, or acted violently against any entity in the State of Israel."
