Joint List Chairman Youssef Jabareen addressed the Palestinian issue at Ynet and Yedioth Ahronoth's 'The People of the State' conference, saying: 'We are part of the Palestinians. The entire world supports the establishment of a Palestinian state alongside Israel within the '67 borders, with both states living in peace. What more could a citizen of Israel want than a political horizon that brings hope, peace and economic prosperity?' According to him, 'The Oslo Accords in practice only expanded settlements and perpetuated the occupation. An alternative must be offered. There are two peoples here and the only solution is a just peace. We offer a normal life.'
