Officer and combat engineering reservist severely injured when Humvee hit explosive device in southern Gaza

A reserve combat engineering officer from Engineering Battalion 710, Ram Brigade (179), and a reserve combat engineering soldier from Engineering Battalion 749, BISLACH Brigade (828), were severely injured earlier today when their Humvee drove over an explosive device in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. The IDF spokesperson reported that the officer and soldier were evacuated for medical treatment at the hospital, and their families have been notified.
