Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the death of seven soldiers in the disaster in Khan Younis in southern Gaza Strip. According to him, "This is a very difficult day for the people of Israel. Our heroic fighters fell in battle to defeat Hamas and free our hostages. I send my deepest condolences to the families who lost their most precious ones and share in their unbearable grief during this difficult time."
