Police arrested a 28-year-old man yesterday on suspicion of attempting to murder his brother, a mentally disabled person, by throwing him into an underground garbage dumpster in Jerusalem's Gilo neighborhood. The victim was rescued by firefighters, received medical treatment from Magen David Adom paramedics and was evacuated in moderate condition to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital. Police have opened an investigation into the circumstances of the incident.
