Ra'am and the Joint List have signed a surplus vote agreement. Under the agreement, both parties committed to running a fair and clean election campaign, free from defamation, slander, incitement or falsification, and called on activists and supporters to maintain respectful discourse despite political disagreements. The agreement will be submitted to the Central Elections Committee after the party lists are approved.
