German Ambassador to Israel Steffen Seibert announced that one German citizen was aboard the Gaza-bound vessel 'Madeline.' 'We are in contact with Israeli authorities,' he stated. According to him, 'All passengers were brought to Israel by the Navy, who assured us that no one was hurt. They were ordered to leave the country and we offered consular assistance to one German citizen.'
