David Ben Lulu, a 23-year-old Jerusalem resident who also holds French citizenship, was killed on Friday in a traffic accident in Vietnam while riding a motorcycle. ZAKA's International Unit and the Foreign Ministry are working with relevant authorities in France and Vietnam to fly him to Israel for burial. Following a special request, the French consulate in Hanoi opened today to advance handling of the case and complete the required documents.
