A federal court in Virginia ruled in favor of a lawsuit filed by 47 American citizens, terror victims and their families, determining that North Korea and Iran bear joint legal responsibility for the terror attack on Israel on October 7, 2023. According to the ruling, Pyongyang provided Hamas and Islamic Jihad with training, weaponry and knowledge for building tunnels.
