The Health Ministry announced that a report was received about a person suspected of having Ebola after returning from the Democratic Republic of Congo. The person returned to Israel several days ago and developed fever symptoms. At this stage, it is only a suspicion, and test results are expected to be received in the coming days. The person will be treated in isolation conditions in accordance with professional protocols established for dealing with highly contagious diseases and will be transferred to Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center, which has been designated as one of the specialized centers for admitting such suspected cases.
