The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment at the Kfar Saba Magistrate's Court against Wahib Matar, a school security guard who allegedly committed an indecent act against a 13-year-old student. According to the indictment, the guard regularly addressed the student with pet names, exposed her to explicit verbal content and nude images, and touched the student. The indictment also states that the accused exploited his acquaintance with the minor's teachers and offered to help raise her grades in exchange for sexual acts.
