Pager case: Following a request by Justice Ministry legal adviser Yael Kotik, the Investigations and Intelligence Division is expected to provide her with a summary of the investigation file in the case of former pager Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi, and allow her to decide on the question of a conflict of interest involving Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara and other senior Justice Ministry officials. The full investigation file will not be handed over to her.
