Russian negotiation team representatives demanded that five regions in Ukraine be annexed to Russia, according to a Ukrainian source familiar with details of the negotiations held yesterday in Istanbul who spoke to Reuters. The source added that Moscow demanded this as a condition for beginning any ceasefire.
