The family of captive Matan Tzangoker revealed new testimonies about his condition. According to received information, Matan is being held alone in captivity, and assessments indicate he was kept in the presence of Hamas senior officials and spent time with other captives, some of whom have been released. The information reveals that Matan has lost significant body weight and suffers from tremors and muscle weakness to the point of being unable to stand. Additionally, he experiences periods of intestinal blockages and abdominal pain. According to testimonies, he refuses to eat and speak, spending long hours isolated in a corner of the tunnel. Furthermore, Matan endures physical and psychological torture and has been kept in cages. Throughout his captivity, Matan survived multiple tunnel collapses due to bombings.
