Seven people were killed in an explosion at a Chinese restaurant located in a hotel in the Afghan capital Kabul. ISIS (Islamic State) claimed responsibility for the attack, which killed one Chinese citizen and six Afghans, and injured several others, including a child. The hotel is located in a commercial and secure area of Kabul, which also houses office buildings, shopping complexes and embassies, and is therefore considered one of the safest in the city.
