Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Ali Larijani addressed the ballistic missile program, amid reports that U.S. President Donald Trump authorized an Israeli strike if no agreement is reached in nuclear talks. "Missiles are a matter of national security and we will not negotiate on them. The Americans said we would only talk about the nuclear issue," Larijani said. "Zero enrichment is completely illogical. Iran does not seek war, but is prepared for it. If we have to - we will respond. Israel is seeking a pretext to start a war."
