Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in an interview with the Daily Mail that the British government under Labour Party leader Andy Burnham is behaving like a "rogue state" and accused it of pursuing a policy of appeasement toward "the alliance of Islam and the left." Netanyahu criticized the boycott Burnham imposed on settlement products, noting it was imposed after Israel warned London about an attempted attack on the Fairford Air Force Base. "They appease their enemies and attack their defenders. That's what's happening. It serves neither Britain nor the world," he said.
