Zelensky: Had lengthy talks with Witkoff and Kushner, will continue working toward peace

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he spoke with Steve Witkoff, U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoy, as part of negotiations to end the war. Zelensky said the conversation was long and substantive, and that Trump's advisor and son-in-law, Jared Kushner, also participated. "Ukraine is determined to continue working in good faith with the American side to achieve peace," Zelensky wrote on X, adding: "We agreed on the next steps and the format for future talks with the U.S."
