Report: Arab States Warned Iran Against Attack - If Their Infrastructure Is Damaged

|
Several Arab states have warned Iran of the possibility they will respond, separately or jointly, in the event that Tehran attacks infrastructure on their territory. This is according to mediators in contacts between the U.S. and Iran who spoke to The Wall Street Journal. At the same time, they said that the talks, mediated by Qatar, have reached a deadlock over the question of which side should be the first to agree to actual concessions in order to move the talks forward.
