U.S. President Donald Trump claimed Tuesday that he has prevented significant harm from befalling Russia and warned Russian President Vladimir Putin that he is "playing with fire."
“What Vladimir Putin doesn’t realize is that if it weren’t for me, lots of really bad things would have already happened to Russia, and I mean REALLY BAD. He’s playing with fire!” he wrote on Truth Social.
Trump's remarks come as Russian forces ramp up attacks on Ukraine.
