Residents in the area of Neot HaKikkar settlement in the northern Arava reported they are unable to reach polling stations due to flooding, after police closed Route 90 in both directions. Polling stations in the small communities close at 8:00 p.m. Yoni Stern, a resident of Neot HaKikkar, said, "Many Arava residents, including myself, are stuck on the road and cannot exercise their right to vote. The Central Elections Committee has no response, the police have no response. I'm stuck at the Arava Junction and need to get to the polling station."
