Following his investigation, the officer was suspended from his unit for eight days and prohibited from contacting those involved. During police activity in the area, and after throwing the grenade inside, the officer is seen arguing with the car's driver. After throwing the grenade into the vehicle, the driver is seen trying to escape, but the officer leans against the door to prevent him from fleeing.
