Two drivers reported the riots during a Jerusalem protest to the 100 emergency hotline, during which 14-year-old Yosef Eisenthal was fatally run over on Tuesday, in addition to the driver who was arrested. This was revealed to ynet. A police lieutenant colonel who arrived at the scene declared an "unlawful assembly" at the junction, and after dispersing the protesters, police left the road open - despite ongoing friction between protesters and drivers. Police forces left the area after already declaring the junction a problematic zone - following which the fatal incident occurred.
