Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke at the 'Songs in Their Memory' event commemorating Israel's fallen soldiers and victims of hostile acts at the Knesset, saying: 'During the War of Independence, the war on seven fronts, heart-stirring songs of pain, eulogy and burial were composed. This has been true throughout all generations of national revival in our land.' Netanyahu added: 'There must not be a civil war in Israel. We did not complete our shared journey from exile to redemption for anyone to raise their hand against their brother. We must fight together until victory.'
