IDF Spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari delivered a statement, saying that "last night, two barrages of missiles were fired at Israel. 65 missiles and dozens of UAVs were launched. Our defense systems successfully intercepted most of them." According to him, "During the night, we completed an extensive strike on several targets in the heart of Iran. This attack involved more than 50 fighter jets and aircraft that attacked and destroyed more than 120 ground-to-ground missile launchers. This represents a third of the ground-to-ground missile launchers in the possession of the Iranian regime." He added that "the strikes caused the regime to only manage to launch half of the missiles they had planned during the night."
