About three months after the assassination of IRGC Navy Commander Ali Reza Tangsiri, Iranian media reported that Ali Ozmaei, who served as commander of the IRGC Navy's Fifth District, has been appointed to the position. Ozmaei wrote on his X page that 'divine revenge against America and Israel is not far off at all.'
