Amid reports of attacks on ships in the Strait of Hormuz area, Iran's Revolutionary Guards announced that the strait "will be closed until the US naval blockade is lifted," and threatened: "We warn all types of vessels against making any movement from their anchorage points in the (Persian) Gulf and the Gulf of Oman."
