The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment at the Haifa District Court against 17-year-old twins and Eldan Efrahimi (22) for the murder of Desalin Sisai (22) at Gan HaArmonim Park in Kiryat Bialik about a month ago. According to the charges, the three arrived at the park where the deceased was with his friends and attacked him following a verbal altercation. The three assaulted Sisai with punches and kicks, while one of the teens stabbed him in the face and chest, and his twin brother sprayed pepper spray in his face. Afterward, the defendants acted to conceal evidence.
