Many users reported a widespread global outage in leading applications and websites, including Amazon, Snapchat, Roblox, Fortnite, Duolingo and Canva. According to estimates, the cause of the malfunction is an issue with Amazon Web Services (AWS), which provides infrastructure for most of the internet. The company confirmed that "elevated error rates" and delays were recorded in several services. As of now, there is no known timeline for resolving the issue.
