Young Palestinians set fire to the car of Sheikh Wadi al-Jabri, known as "Abu Sanad," in the Isawiya neighborhood of East Jerusalem. Al-Jabri previously announced an initiative to establish the "Hebron Emirate" and proposed breaking away from the Palestinian Authority. Additionally, he initiated a letter with other sheikhs calling for recognition of the State of Israel on condition that Israel recognizes the emirate he plans to establish.
