The rescue flight to Israel of the Fly Dubai plane is being delayed pending approval of all crew members, pilots and flight attendants, by the Mossad. All names have been transferred to the organization for handling, which is conducting background checks on the crew. In parallel, the National Security Council is working with the Saaudis to approve a chartered Israeli plane, white and unmarked, to land in Tabuk and take all passengers. Once the Fly Dubai plane is approved and takes off, an additional rescue plane will be sent to take the Israelis who refuse to board the Emirati airline's plane.
