The Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) approved a resolution reporting Iran to the UN Security Council for violating its commitments to prevent nuclear weapons proliferation, for the first time in 20 years, diplomats said. This follows a previous resolution approved on June 12 last year - a day before Israel bombed Iran's nuclear facilities, and shortly afterward the U.S. also joined the effort, determining that Iran was not meeting its commitments.
