White House spokesperson: 'Trump's red line hasn't changed. Lebanon not part of ceasefire'

|
White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said in a statement that "Iran will not be able to obtain nuclear weapons, their murderous and evil plans have exploded - literally. President Trump's maximum pressure caused Iran to request a ceasefire. They sent a 10-point plan - which was thrown in the trash. The president's red line that Iran will not have nuclear capability will never change. Iran posed an immediate threat to the U.S. and our allies and that threat no longer exists now." At the same time, Leavitt also noted, similar to Trump, that "Lebanon is not part of the ceasefire agreement."
