Arkia Airlines announced that it will resume direct flights to Thailand's capital Bangkok from the end of November, a route that has been operated exclusively by El Al until now. During a press conference, Arkia CEO Oz Berlowitz also announced the launch of an exclusive direct flight route to Vietnam's capital Hanoi, starting January 2026. The company will operate two weekly flights to Thailand, with flight times of approximately 10 hours and 45 minutes outbound and 11 hours and 25 minutes inbound, using an Airbus 330 aircraft.
