The prosecution filed an indictment with the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court against a Turkish embassy employee, Omar Safa Kose (27), charging him with attempted indecent act and violation of privacy, which he committed in the locker rooms at a Tel Aviv beach. According to the indictment, Kose entered the women's locker rooms at Frishman Beach, positioned himself in one of the stalls and waited for women to enter. After two 13-year-old girls entered the locker rooms, he attempted to photograph them while they were showering. Later, he tried to photograph another woman. The prosecution asked the court to order his continued detention until the end of legal proceedings against him.
