Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana said at Ynet and Yedioth Ahronoth's 'The People of the State' conference that if there are 61 votes to replace him, it would be legitimate to do so. He ruled out a scenario in which he would not bring his removal to a vote in the Knesset. "We are a state governed by law," Ohana said. He said that "the prime minister made tremendous efforts for Winter to join and he did not do so, thereby endangering the entire national camp. If he wants Netanyahu to be prime minister – let him withdraw." He added that if he passes the electoral threshold, Winter will be a legitimate partner.
