The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment with the Central-Lod District Court against Hamza Haskia (20) from Tira and Saber Masarwa (24) from Taibe, for the aggravated murder of Marwan Nasser in Tira approximately five months ago. According to the indictment, the two - along with others - planned to murder the victim due to a previous dispute and organized themselves with several vehicles, a pistol and a Kalashnikov rifle. That day, they arrived at the victim's house in Tira, and when he arrived by car, two of the accomplices ran toward him and fired 36 bullets at close range - causing his death.
