Ambassador Leiter on his son wounded in terror attack: 'He's started breathing on his own'

|
Israel's Ambassador to the United States Michael Leiter addressed the medical condition of his son Neriya, who was wounded in a terror attack at the Beit El checkpoint on Route 443 about two weeks ago, during the international ceremony marking October 7 in Jerusalem. Leiter shared that "Neriya has severe head injuries, but in recent days he has started breathing on his own. He is not fully conscious. We are fighting here for our existence. We are confident that the Almighty hears our prayers and yours, and we need you and these prayers. We will prevail."
